I have been going to this Fantastic Sams since I moved to Pensacola in November 2023. Everybody is so nice to me. I have PTSD and I get overwelmed waiting for my appointment. All of the hairdressors are so patient with me. They know me and are helpful in making me feel safe. Not many places can do that.

Bryan at the Fantastic Sams on hwy 29 will give you the haircut of your life! I've been going to him and Kris (who will also give you the haircut of your life) for years. Bryan cuts hair at such a high level of skill, I now understand the difference between a hair cut, and haircut MADE for YOU. I once tried to get Bryan to give me bangs, (he knows i'm lazy about styling my hair) and told me "Bangs are work." I was so happy I took his advice. I guess that's the point. He intrinscically understands what I want (even when I don't), and just nails it everytime. He's also very entertaining. Kris was my first stylist at this location and for a while, I would only go to her because she gives an awesome cut with mastery and skill, I would wait however long it would take so I could have her. At one point Bryan was available and she cosigned him, so I have him a shot. I will never go anywhere else. I've been too lazy to write a review until now ( 3-4 years later, lol). But the vibe in this shop is everything.
