I needed a haircut and I didn't want to make an appointment with my normal hairstylist or make the drive to Redlands. I called here Rosa answered gave me the price let me know I could go right now which was 5 o'clock on Thursday night I went in she took me right in and washed & trimmed my hair, cut exactly how much I asked for off didn't try to upsell me on anything which was perfect because I Wouldn't have taken it. I just needed a straight trim. My hair is really long and fine and I have trust issues but I needed a cut. And I'm so thankful I did. I've lived in the area for ten years and never thought to try them because I just didn't expect what I got from rosa. Thank you for a quick easy trim. I will be back.

Rosa thank you thank you she saved my hair I let someone trim my hair and they trimmed it really bad had to have 8 inches had gash cuts all over un Evan and thin hair. She fixed it it’s really short and I think I kinda like it ROSA YOU ARE AMAXING THANK YOU FOR FIXING ME TODAY 8/29/2025
