I went online Saturday morning; there were plenty of available appointment times. My hair was long and I wanted a change; I took any available stylist when I booked online. My stylist was a beautiful young lady with a great personality and customer service; please do not judge someone with a few tattoos and piercings! Emma Petticrew was the stylist and she was AMAZING!! She cut my hair exactly how I wanted, and she would cut an inch off and let me check, making sure the length wasn’t too short. She gave me my first ever blowout and styled my hair beautifully! If you’re nervous about letting a chain stylist do your hair, don’t be! If you wanna make sure you have a great experience and leave with exactly what you asked for, book at Fantastic Sam’s with Emma Petticrew as your stylist! She will do my hair as long as she’s willing now! I could not be happier!

She was so detailed and intentional throughout the entire process — taking time to really understand the look I wanted, carefully selecting the right color, and thoughtfully weaving in each highlight for a beautiful, blended result. I could tell she truly cares about the quality of her work. She never rushed, and her calm, friendly personality made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable. If you’re looking for someone who takes pride in creating natural, beautiful color, Candi is the stylist to see!

My stylist ended up being Emma and I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she completely met my vision, and I absolutely love my hair, not to mention she was a pleasure to talk to and it was nice to have conversation instead of just someone sitting there in silence. I will definitely be coming back, because after a disastrous experience at another salon, this was a breath of fresh air to actually pay for something you love. Highly recommend!
