I went in as a new customer to get a keratin smoothing treatment, my stylist was Erin and she was amazing! I had never done a keratin smoothing treatment before and Erin helped me understand how it worked, the difference between it and a relaxer, and how it would work with my hair so I didn't have inaccurate expectations. I have 3c/4a hair and I decided to try it anyway, so Erin walked me through everything. I didn't detangle my hair before going 😅 but Erin tried her best to not make it an overly painful experience. She was very funny, I enjoyed her conversation and she had a pleasant and bubbly personality overall. I can tell she loves doing what she does, and she helped educate me on other topics I had questions on too, such as the difference between oils and serums, and the difference between hair masks and deep conditioner. The keratin treatment was honestly pretty quick, the main thing that slowed us down was my hair not being detangled. If it weren't for that, I think it would have just taken a couple hours. I plan to come in again and request Erin. Thank you so much!! Attached are my Before, During, and After photos 😊

Erin did a fantastic job! I went in and was like idk what I want and she asked if I wanted to be surprised and I said yes! Well I absolutely love the surprise and love how the hair goes with my personality! Highly recommend her! Everyone else in the place was so nice too! I added before and after photos! I love how she kept my natural so I could have it blend better as it grows out!

Was able to get a same day appointment! They did a fantastic job and was very friendly and helpful! I also really appreciate how they are honest with you and also care alot where they are honest with their professional opinion and tell you if a type of cut would suit you or not which is the kind of stylist I like to do business with instead of just cutting your hair some way that would look bad on you. I definitely will recommend this salon to everyone!!

Love this place! They did so great on my son daughter and mine hair! We came in told them what we wanted and they delivered. I was happy because my hair had been severely damaged but was able to make my hair feel better and keep it at a length I was comfortable having, I highly recommend going to these girls

I was in town and was in desperate need of a hair cut! I got seen in about 30 minutes. The wait wasn't long at all given that it was on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone there was polite and treated me like family! They had steaming hot coffee ready to be consumed and very friendly faces ready to greet you! I will definitely be back!
