I've been to this location several times and I've had a really great experience every time. I have wavy hair and they do a great job with it. This past time I went I had Kotaw and she was phenomenal! Very friendly and very kind. She gave me some good tips for my hair and gave me exactly what I wanted.

I've been coming to this location for almost 2 years and can't say enough about the kindness and carefulness of the stylists here. They have helped me out for many color fails and got me out the door feeling confident. The only reason I'm not giving a five star rating is recently the salon owners decided to stop carrying K18 Which is an amazing bonding treatment that does not have dimethicone in its formula. K 18 has saved my hair Which is fine textured. It is a superior product to things like Ola Plex, and recently the salon switched over to Trauma Treatment, which is full of dimethicone and left my hair dry, full of static, tangled and completely unmanageable. I had to wash the product out of my hair right away. The whole reason I started coming to the salon was because they carried K18, But now since they've stopped using it, I'm left with either bringing in my consumer grade K18 product for them to put on my hair each time (Instead of getting the salon-grade treatment ) or looking for a new salon. I'm super bummed because again the stylists here just have hearts of gold and they are very good at what they do! So I definitely recommend the salon, but wish that the owners would choose a higher quality product for deep conditioning and hair repair. K18 is worth every penny, IYKYK.

Patricia has been excellent for the past couple of years I have been going to this location. She does great every visit and is worth a 5 star rating. I wish the store rewards program was less confusing. I have online account points that I never get offered to redeem when its time to pay in store, and there seems to be a separate rewards system in-store using my phone number and the perks with that seem to be completely random, and no information about that is provided online. If this made any sense, I would give 5 stars. After 16 visits, the only reward I seem to have ever been eligible for was a one time discount of a few dollars and it was not clear at all what caused that.
