I scheduled an appointment a few weeks ago to have my hair cut & colored for my birthday. Every year for my birthday I go to Fantastic Sams to get my hair done. They are the only company I trust to do my hair. Brooke was amazing, she understood exactly what I wanted to do. I got my hair cut short, and dyed black & bright blue. It looks amazing. The new manager, Brooke, is so wonderful and amazing at her job. I've had perms, color, and alternative hair styles from her for a couple years now and she never disappoints! She always gives me exactly what we agree on and I walk out with a smile. The salon is clean and she'll explain the science of what she's doing if you ask!

I’m 67 years old and have visited many places that cut hair in my lifetime. BUT Brooke at Fantastic Sam’s in Kinston is the only person who I can trust knowing that she will always cuts my hair perfect every time. She also has a great personality and a gift of being kind, social, and caring. Brooke is the best hair person I have ever known.
