I went today with a group of about 25 people to get a memorial tattoo for my 23-year-old favorite niece that passed away. She is the most beautiful and most amazing person you would ever meet. She was gone way too soon and way too young. Every single person there, from the second we walked in the door until we left were nothing but compassionate, sweet, patient and understanding. They do absolutely amazing artwork. I could not be more happy, even in such a devastating and sad time. They made today so special and were open and warm like a family. They opened the back so we could have all of our refreshments and we were told us to make ourselves at home. I will definitely be coming back for more tattoos in the future I am hooked on their artwork and their compassion and kindness. Special shout out to Can who did my tattoo. I absolutely love it. You all rock!!!!

I had a wonderful experience with Bel the piercer. I had 3 piercing done and she did an incredible job. It was fast and easy and she explained the whole process to me including healing time and how to take care of them. Her prices are great as well! She made me feel comfortable and I would/will definitely recommend her work to everyone.

I got my tattoo done by another shop and had to get it fixed by First Hand Tattoo and I already have my second appointment for my next tattoo. I have never been to a shop that makes you feel like you’re home and care about you as much as the whole First Hand crew. Chris really took the time out to listen, design, and perfectly fit my rib piece. I go to the events every Tuesday, Tiny tats and Tea, and it’s always so much fun - there are free treats and always other little vendors I look forward to seeing every month. I cannot recommend this place enough - they truly are the best people and AMAZING artists. I would go to any of them and be happy to have something they did on my skin (trust me I’ve seen their work)

Came here for the 1st time based on word of mouth & a quick insta perusal for what I thought was my 8th & final tattoo, but after such an amazing experience from consult to final product with Chris Burke, I almost have to get more. Super patient in convo & meticulous in his work! Spotless & super cute shop as well, 10000% recommend.
