1/31/24 - Great massage! Freda was fantastic and focused on my problem areas. I have significant neck and upper back pain/tightness due to having a desk job and poor posture. The massage and stretching combo was very effective. Received deep tissue massage, traction on my neck, and overall stretching. Felt great afterwards. The staff was friendly and polite. Ample off-street parking. Will be back.

The techniques she used really relaxed me and the stretching methods are so effective .I feel as light as a noodle. Will go.going for more sessions and may end up choosing the VIP Membership. My this years resolution was to focus on my health and wellness and using combination stretching amd massage is just a perfect start. I have also started Hungry roots delivery. As Maggie said.
