I came in the other evening to inquire about tanning memberships and packages. I spoke with a young lady at the front desk who seemed less than confident with the membership info and pricing they offer for upgrades. After some back and forth dialogue I was met with a harsh attitude and not so friendly vibe during this conversation. I try and give everyone to benefit of the doubt, but this girl was not very professional and just didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. I left and decided to post this review to let people know I think it’s a nice establishment, but the young lady working could use some help with her customer service skills and knowledge about her salon.

This place is awesome. I don't frequently leave reviews so this must be important to me. Everyone who works there is always super friendly and super helpful. They are always running the best deals or promos. Their products are great too. I use my bronzer even when I'm not tanning. Isabella was so outgoing and helpful today.
