Michelle was so welcoming and made my first facial such a delight. She had me fill out a sheet about my skin, then asked if I had any questions and described her techniques and products. She will talk as little or much as you want, its all about the client's experience. She follows up the next day to see how your skin feels. My skin feels rehydrated and soft and I'm so glad I found her!

This was my first visit, and I can confidently say it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. The space is absolutely beautiful — warm, inviting, clean, and so relaxing. You can truly feel the care and intention behind every detail. She began with a thorough consultation, taking the time to really listen to my skin concerns and assess what my skin needed. I appreciated how she explained everything step by step and made me feel completely comfortable. It never felt rushed — it felt personalized and thoughtful. During the facial, she checked in with me throughout to make sure I was comfortable, which I really appreciated. That level of attentiveness made the entire experience feel even more luxurious and client-focused. My skin felt absolutely AMAZING afterward — so refreshed, hydrated, and glowing. I could immediately see and feel the difference. Her energy is so warm and inviting, and she creates such a calm, comfortable atmosphere. I also loved that she recommended products tailored specifically to my skin type and concerns without being pushy. It felt educational and supportive rather than sales-driven. To top it all off, she even sent a follow-up text the next day to check in on how my skin was feeling. That level of care truly sets her apart. My husband and I were on a last minute getaway to Williamsburg this past weekend. I was in much need of some self-care and Michelle, the owner, not only gave me one of the best facials I’ve ever had, she made sure she could fit me in with very short notice. She is wonderful to talk to and a very good esthetician! She also puts you at ease right away with her warm personality. My skin feels more hydrated than it has in a long time. I recommend her highly and can’t wait to visit Flamingo again soon for another great facial.
