About Flow Day Spa
Flow Day Spa has earned its reputation through years of consistent work in Brooklyn. This isn't just some flash-in-the-pan place; they cater to the stressed-out, always-on, Brooklyn professional office crowd that needs a real escape. They offer everything from basic Swedish massages to deep tissue work, hot stone treatments, and specialized facials to help people unwind after a long week.
Folks who go there report that visiting Flow Day Spa is like stepping into a calm bubble. From the moment someone walks in, they are greeted with soothing music and a warm atmosphere. The staff takes the time to understand each client's specific needs, ensuring that every massage and facial is personalized. After the service, visitors can chill out with a cup of herbal tea, feeling rejuvenated and ready to face whatever Brooklyn throws at them.
What sets Flow Day Spa apart from other spots is their personalized approach. They really focus on bundled service savings, which is smart for those trying to maintain their wellness on a regular basis. They seem to understand that people are looking for more than just a quick massage; they want a holistic experience tailored to them. This focus on customized care distinguishes them from the more generic massage chains around here.
Flow Day Spa's strong customer reviews—nearly a thousand and a solid 4.8 out of 5—speak volumes about their commitment to quality. The community seems to trust them to deliver a consistently excellent experience. It's the kind of place where people become regulars because they know they'll be well taken care of, and that kind of reputation is hard-earned in a city like Brooklyn.

I booked a 90-minute massage for $85 (cash price), and it was well worth it. The space was clean, relaxing, and conveniently close to the subway. Everything felt professional and peaceful from start to finish. I’d definitely return.

I went to have a massage with my cousin. I had a massage with Tina, and my cousin had Nina. They were amazing! The massage felt so nice, I swore she read my mind. It was $60 for 1 hour with hot stones and it was soooo good!!! Next time I'm in town I will be back here!

Shamefully, I have forgotten the name of my masseuse, but she was really good! I went in for a 2hr full body and foot massage package, which includes a 60 minute Body Work (optional Air Cupping included), 60 minutes Foot Work & Herbal Foot Soak. Staff is very friendly, a nice variety of services offered and so cool that they also provide a complementary dessert and champagne 🍾 (or hot 🍵 tea). I will book again.
