Hidden gem💎 unique self-care spa experience. Spent a lovely solo afternoon; refreshed & relaxed. 😌Relaxation lounge 😌Tea parlor 😌Infrared salt sauna 😌Zero gravity massage lounge. ...and before you leave don't forget to visit the self-serve aromatherapy bar and treat your skin and senses to your favourite scent! Flow Motion has many positives. The spa is very nicely set up with a vibe that truly inspires you to chill and destress. The rooms are very relaxing, and I can't say enough about the Zero Gravity chairs which are fantastic. In all honesty, everything was superb- from the reception, to the guide through the different rooms, and the massage with Victor. They all go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. (My daughters also really enjoyed the sound session & recommend it I try it next time!)

Seems like I've been at Flow Motion at least once or twice a week for the past 4 months! Between the unique yoga classes (aerial and warm Hygge), the floating sound bath (LOVED IT), and the spa services (salted halotherapy and the salt sauna), I just can't get enough. Everything I've done has been wonderful, and I always look forward to my next visit. Alyssa, Hartman and Elena are super friendly and welcoming. The tea room is divine, and the plants! Flow Motion is gem in Whatcom County!

This spa is a magical oasis that transports you away from your daily problems. I hadn't been here in a few years (loved it then too), and was so surprised at all the new additions to the space. My top favorites are the Amethyst waterfall cave and Himalayan salt cave! You can just go in there and soak up all that good healing energy! The tea parlor is such a vibe! As as soon as you walk in you feel like you were meant to be there. The decor and the way it's all arranged makes you feel giddy and at ease. I can't praise this place enough! I came for a ladies night event and I chose to utilize the Himalayan salt cave, infrared sauna, Amethyst cave, zero-gravity massage chair, and snacked while sipping tea in the tea parlor. Next time, I'm getting a massage and doing a sound bath! I can't wait! I'm hoping one day soon I can sign up for the monthly membership.

What an incredible experience from the start to finish. I am a perpetual advocate for whole body, spirit & mind self-care for many many years and really understand the importance and benefits of it. Not only have I frequented a variety of spas but ran a thriving holistic wellness spa in Portland Oregon. At first glance, upon walking to and in the building, I was slightly hesitant in what I got myself into. But oh my… it’s like a gift that keeps on giving as you go further into the space. Hartman was excellent in helping me with my bookings and even the day of my arrival, giving me a tour of the massive (but cozy and relaxing) spaces with such incredible explanations of each room. Victor is an exceptional massage therapist too! I don’t usually like to talk during massages but our conversation flowed and it felt right at the time, so I let go and well… Victor is pretty brilliant. I thought I would spend most of my time in the sauna but between the amethyst room and salt room, I leaned mored towards those. And those full body massage chairs… next level!! You can tell the owner(s) put a lot of intentionality, love & care into their business. Quality at its highest! So yes, I highly recommend. I wish I lived closer to utilize all their other offerings but I am already looking forward to returning and bringing my fiance for a couples spa day!
