It starts with a great time, spending time with Violet to review the health of my hair and scalp with a relaxing foot spa. The hair spa with the massage chair is so relaxing. Violet was amazing! She is very professional, kind, and made me feel so well looked after throughout the whole experience. The place is very cozy and relaxing, which made the visit even more enjoyable. I truly felt comfortable and cared for. Highly recommend!

My headspa experience was fantastic! I was given in depth analysis of my scalp condition at the start whilst having a foot spa (which really is a nice touch). Then I got to choose which scent I wanted to use for my treatment (again another great personalised service). Before I did the treatment I was told exactly what was to happen and it was just great. It was relaxing and my scalp felt so clean! I’ll definitely be back again.

So relaxing and special. Was able to come with 2 other friends and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Started off with a little foot spa whilst filling out a form. Can't think of a better way to fill out a form. And ended off with a massage, tea and blowdry. Honestly didn't want to leave. Definitely coming back for regular me-time treats.

The experience began with a detailed scalp analysis, where they walked me through my scalp health and hair strength. I really appreciated how informative it was, and they even emailed me a full report with product recommendations — with absolutely no pressure to buy. Then came the treatment itself… pure bliss. Every step felt so well thought out and relaxing — from the heated mask and scalp massage to the soothing steamer and bubble therapy. My scalp felt incredibly clean and calm afterwards. We finished with a lovely cup of tea, cozy blankets, and a short debrief on the treatment plan. It was such a refreshing, therapeutic experience — one I’ll definitely be coming back for! I can’t wait to see how my scalp improves with regular visits.
