Coming in a was met with great customer service. I got a conch piercing on each ear, and Ben did amazing job. He took his time and ensured everything was sterilized and the process was painless. The amount of preparation showed his experience and knowledge, which let me know I was in good hands. I loved my piercings, and would definitely come back to get future piercings.

Kevin did an amazing job on my wrist tattoo! Friendly, funny, great taste in music. I was a walk in and he took the time to format and print several sizes so my design was exactly what I wanted. Steady hand and perfect result. 10/10 would recommend and will go back
Brittani Keller — 5/5 (via Google)
My husband and I took our daughter in to get her ears pierced for the first time (something that she has been eagerly wanting for a while). Benjamin was extremely thorough and knowledgeable when explaining the process to us as parents prior to our visit which helped to ease this decision for us. Upon arrival, Benjamin was extremely welcoming, friendly and did his best to ensure that our daughter was comfortable. He explained the healing process in great detail and answered any questions that we had. There was no sense of rush. During the piercing, we were able to witness proper sterilization of all materials used. The process was not painful for our daughter- she even shared a few smiles and giggles. She is SO happy with the outcome. Her own review, “that place really must be the best, huh?”

This was my second time coming to Benjamin for ear piercings, and I’ll definitely keep coming back. He’s super precise and really takes his time to make sure everything is placed evenly and exactly where it should be. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing it right. He’s very kind, easy to talk to, and great with communication. He keeps his word and is willing to work with you when it comes to scheduling, which I really appreciated. His sterilization process is great, and he explains the healing process clearly so you feel comfortable and informed. Overall just a really good experience with someone you can trust. Highly recommend.
