Customer Reviews for Four Seasons Massage LLC
Jamel Jelani — 4/5 (via Google)
The wife and I had couple massages on Valentine's Day yesterday and the deep tissue massages were great! The only thing that made me uncomfortable was the way that you pay. They ask you to give a 20%, 30% or 40% gratuity while the masseuse is standing there. I felt pressured and I felt like asking for 30 to 40% gratuity is too much. The gratuity should be a standard 18 to 20% like other massage spas and they should let you know that before you get the massage. Because of this, I can not give them 5 stars. I want to go back but the payment process will need to change before I return.

My wife and I had a couples massage, both of us were very happy with our massages. Just the right amount of tailored pressure, clearly these folks know what they're doing. For sure we will be regular customers!!

I came in on Saturday 11/8 /25 round 830 p.m.. my back was hurting so bad I had to do something for the pain. they got me right in no appointment. I didn't get the womans name that gave me my massage but she was amazing. I just did half an hour, but when I got to the car it was such a great massage I needed to go back in to get another massage for my neck. the woman at the front desk walked me back to the room and she made sure I had everything I needed. very nice woman pleasant and helpful even at that late of an hour almost closing time. when I left she opened the door for me and gave me a big smile told me to take care and hope to see you soon. that was my second massage ever i will be sure to go back again when things are out of whack. thanks 4 season's for such a great experience!
