⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had my first full facial ever with Krista today, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcome and relaxed. She brought me to a cozy room with a warm, fluffy blanket and soothing music in the background — it was pure comfort from start to finish. Krista took the time to observe my skin and selected several products based on what she saw, giving me a truly customized hydration experience. I also opted for exfoliation, and my skin feels smoother, softer, and so refreshed. She explained every step as she went, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable — I was so relaxed I actually dozed off a couple of times! I’ll definitely be making this a monthly treat for myself. Highly recommend Krista if you’re looking for a pampering, personalized facial that leaves you glowing! 💆‍♀️✨

I highly recommend Fresh Face Company. I received a Head Spa today from Monica. And she did an AMAZING job. She has magic hands. My experience was so calm and relaxing. From the warm greeting at the door, to the soothing Head Spa, and the gental facial and relaxing massage. Thank you Monica for your gift of making me feel better. I am so glad that Fresh Face Company has come to Shawano. Be sure to stop by there new spot on 111 North Main Street❤️

Megan does a PHENOMENAL job! She makes sure that everything feels comfortable on your skin and gets deep into your pores. I left feeling so much more confident with such healthy, clean, and glowing skin!

I just had my first ever facial with Megan with two add-ons (dermaplane and a hand treatment) and it was life changing! I’ve never thought so highly of my natural self, but after today I can honestly say I look SO GOOD. Megan took her time, was incredibly sweet, kind, and calming throughout the whole process. She made me feel so comfortable and cared for, and the results speak for themselves. If you’re even thinking about booking, do it. Your face (and confidence) will thank you! I can’t wait to come back and I just left!!

Megan is so great! I’ve been going to her since she started and she never ceases to amaze me! I trust her to let her do what she needs to do to make my skin look and feel it’s best. I have never left disappointed with my service. Always rejuvenated and happy when I leave. Thanks for making sure I’m always taken care of, Megan!
