I called a few places trying to get an appointment for myself, my cousin and my adult daughter. We've had some not so great experiences in the past and was looking for a place we can all go We used to frequent FS years and years ago but the closest one to us closed down, so we decided to try and find another and found the Longwood one. Let just say, from the initial phone call with Michelle, the booking of the appointments with Sherri and then actually going in was just amazing, you know when you get a good vibe about something !! My appointment was with Sandie, and I brought a picture and for the first time ever I didn't get the look because I had a picture. Actually Sandie said she loves a visual . My cousin went with Megan and she also had a picture. Let me just say this, I love my haircut, I'll definitely be back and Sandie is amazing !!! My daughter waited for Sandie after I was done and she too love's her hair. My cousin who had Megan also love's her hair, said Megan listened to her, understood what she was looking for and also understood the picture she showed her !! Finally found someplace that didn't have us leaving upset !!!

I’ve been going to Sandie for a while now, and she’s absolutely amazing!! Every time I bring her pictures or ideas, she doesn’t just copy them, she adapts the style to what will look best on me. She listens carefully, checks in throughout the entire process, and makes sure I understand exactly what she’s doing and why. She’s thorough, detailed, and professional. She explains her techniques so I know what to ask for in the future, and she always checks to make sure I’m happy with the progress along the way. She’s honest and transparent about pricing and helps me find products that work for my hair and my budget without being pushy. On top of all that, she’s the sweetest, warmest person. I’m shy, but I can talk to her for hours because she makes the salon feel so comfortable and welcoming. I feel extremely lucky to have found her, and I’m loyal to her for life—she’s truly amazing, and I can’t recommend her enough!

I was recommended by Mrs. Hanson to go and see Hillary at the Fantastic Sam's in Longwood I was extremely happy from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Hillary was very friendly and professional listened to what I needed and did exactly what I wanted also recommended some products to keep my hair the way she did it. I will continue to go to her for my hair care needs and will recommend her as well. Thank you Hillary I absolutely love my new hair cut.

This was my first time going to FS, and I scheduled my appointment online with Sandi. I had such a great experience with her. She really took the time to talk through what I was looking for and made sure the results matched exactly what I wanted. She did an amazing job on my hair and was also super friendly and fun to talk to. I highly recommend Sandi and FS!
