I have had Reiki, Foot Detox, Sound Bath and Ear Seed treatments with Andie, the Reiki Master at Gavin Scott and she has helped me TREMENDOUSLY! My chakras were badly out of alignment very recently, to the point of causing blockage of some bodily functions. Andie cleared the energy pathways and I am back to my positive self again. Andie has a great gift and she blesses people's lives by sharing her gifts and talents!

Absolutely amazing experience. Andie is God send... Delanie at the front desk was incredible. I haven't felt like myself in so long. I walked out with tears of joy. Highly recommend.

I had an amazing experience at this beautiful salon! The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly friendly. A huge shoutout to Hannah who fixed my lashes—now they look flawless! I've been to multiple lash techs and she is by far the best! I’m so impressed with the attention to detail and care that went into the process. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for top-notch beauty services!

I've known Hannah for years and she's been doing my lashes for a few months now. She's the best and makes my experience comfortable and calming; which is exactly what you want with a spa service. The salon is clean, vibrant, and has good vibes the second you walk in the door! I'll definitely be a regular client with Hannah :)

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but Everytime I look in the mirror or think about my recent haircut I got at this salon, it bothers me. I've gotten my haircut here before and it was fine. But this last time wasn't a good experience. The girl that cut my hair, should have double checked it thoroughly. My hidden layers are basically non existent. She definitely chopped off more than I wanted, probably because when I was in her chair she originally had my haircut uneven and when I mentioned it she kept having to cut more hair to even it out, And then she blamed the guy that sharpens her scissors; After she felt she fixed the length issue, she hurried to whip off my cape without me even getting to check it again to see if I was satisfied, she wanted me out of there. I remained calm and courteous the whole time. I won't mention the stylist here by name, I'm not trying to throw her under the bus to the public, but whoever is running this salon, please deal with her to check through her cuts properly and not hurry clients off to spare herself confrontation, embarrassment or whatever the reason may be. I would call this salon to have them make my cut right, but frankly, I'd be scared to see what else would happen to my hair if I returned. Gavin SS&S, please, look my name up in your records and deal with the beautician that did my cut. I wasted hard earned money by coming to your salon. UPDATE: Annie, the salon owner contacted me via phone call and invited me to the salon so she could fix my haircut. My experience with her was fantastic and she really changed my mind on coming back to her salon! She was super welcoming and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I left her chair with a great haircut, one of the best I've had! Thanks Annie, I appreciate you making the extra effort to satisfy your customers. Also, she respectively handled the situation with the stylist who did my original cut, which is good. Annie cares about her stylists and customers, so things aren't one sided!
