I’ve been going to Gentle Nails for about a year and a half now. I always have a very pleasant experience. Sonny and Monica are very friendly and accommodating as sometimes I want something complicated done. The quality is always high but the price is reasonable. They are my go-to nail salon and I highly recommend them!

This was my first time going to gentle nails and I will be back. I went at 10:30 am Thurs morning and I was the only customer for about an hour. My tech said they're really busy in the afternoons though. My Tech's name was Mya. She was from Boston and had no accent. The conversation was easy and she took her time on my toes. The store was clean and the massage chair was awesome! It wasn't the best job in that I've ever had on my nails, but for the cost it was good. The spa pedicure without gel was $28, with gel would be $42. I opted for the regular polish ( which was the largest selection I had ever seen). The white tips without gel was $35.

Very friendly. Did exactly what I wanted. The owner wasn't able to get the design I wanted perfect for me so she had her daughter do it so it was the best it could be. I was very happy with the services I received. Nails painted and eye brows waxed. The waxing was fast and nearly painless.
