Get salty & lit is a wonderful Facility. My doctor recommended that I go to it for my long-term Covid symptoms and injuries obtained from accidents. I’m so happy she recommended get salty and lit. The facilities are clean and organized. The staff is very helpful and professional. And most of all I feel better after going.

My son has recently been here to do infrared sauna/red light therapy. The intro price was fantastic. We noticed how beneficial it was so we bought a package at another great price. The experience has been great. Knowledgeable staff and very clean environment. We highly recommend them.

I can’t rave enough about the salt sauna at Get Salty and Lit! Not only does the sauna have color therapy and heat, but also has a 25 minute salt infusion which helps clear my sinuses. Afterwards I always feel renewed and relaxed.

I cannot recommend them enough! I absolutely loved my session in the Halo-Sauna! I have never sweated so much in my life! The staff were incredible and sweet, when I arrived they offered me water and gave me a tour of all their rooms. Once we got to my room she was very informative and showed me exactly how to use everything. I will definitely be back!!
