I got waist length mixed multicolored knotless braids done in just under 3 hours, after finding this shop on Instagram. I texted GiGi a pic of what I wanted and she responded courteously within minutes (some places still haven’t even responded)! Her pricing was fair and did not change once I arrived. There was a slight misunderstanding about how I wanted the hair mixed, but it was handled with immediate professionalism and a true desire to make it right! She even made suggestions which was more work for her - but she didn’t care. Her concern was great results and a happy customer. I am overly pleased with my service. If I could give 10 stars I would! GiGi and her staff are incredible and I officially have a new braid spot! Highly recommended! Thank you ladies
