I’ve been going to Ginger Bay in Kirkwood for a number of years. First time I was with Kathleen and she’s absolutely awesome. I absolutely love how my hair color turns out after full foil highlights and toner. Shes a great vibe and super efficient. My hair is long and thick and typically will take about 3 hours. I was able to get out in 2 hours and hair just looks amazing! Definitely coming back to see her!

I had a wonderful facial today. Kaitlin is a step above in skills. She slowly touches the skin works it and then slowly drifts away. Pretty soon you're not sure if she's touching your skin or not. It's very slow methodical and relaxing. She was good at recommending things for me, good communicator. She loved me feeling positive about the condition of my skin.

I have seen Hannah for massages since August and she is absolutely Fantastic! I’m continually blown away by how personalized and thoughtful every single treatment is. She takes her time and finds out what you need or what is ailing you before each session. Her hands are strong and I always feel like a million bucks when I leave the session! Strongly recommend!

Love coming here. Even the waxing by Brittani is relaxing. I started coming here again at the beginning of 2026 where I met both Toni, the massage therapist and Brittani. Toni has helped me with my neuropathy and shoulder issues. Her massages are so relaxing. I like deep tissue massages and she has a way of really getting the knots out. I would recommend either one of them depending on your needs. Today I tried the sauna after the massage and it felt so good.
