Absolutely brilliant. Not only was the haircut excellent, my whole experience was superb. While in the salon I got to experience how the staff here treat all of their customers. I have to comment that this was exceptional from every staff member. This felt like a business going over and above the service they provide and delivering an element of community care and attention to their clients, far above fantastic hair dressing. The gentleman cutting my hair took lots of time to understand what I wanted. He took time to understand what I did not want, then he took the time to deliver a cut I'm very happy with. Very impressed, the best cut I've had in years. I would recommend this business to anyone and everyone. Brilliant.

I had an amazing experience getting my haircut with Raul! He was incredibly kind, super attentive, and kept checking in to make sure I loved every step of the process. The haircut is fantastic and on top of that, he gave me an incredible head massage — such a relaxing bonus! Mikaela and her wonderful team at Ginger Rabbit are truly fantastic, warm, welcoming, and full of talent. Ginger Rabbit is the place to go if you want professionalism, great vibes, and people who genuinely care about making you look and feel your best. I was recommended this Salon and I’m so grateful that I was. All the staff were welcoming and I felt cared for from the moment I stepped inside. Raul had a challenge on his hands with my hair and he delivered. He really listened to what I wanted, my low maintenance need and created a lovely style that has made me feel fresh and renewed. Tyler coloured my hair - half head highlights, root shadow and toner. I was quite indecisive but he understood what I wanted and was very professional at all times. He made me feel comfortable and confident in his work and the overall look I was so happy with! Have also had Michala cut my hair which was also lovely! Will defo be back!
