My first visit to Glam Factory. Booked my gel polish in with Cindy. The minute I walked through the door I felt so comfortable. The salon has a wonderful vibe and the decor is wonderful. It felt such a happy and cosy place to be. Cindy did a fantastic job of my nails. She was very warm and welcoming. Looking forward to my next visit

Ebony and Sarah went above and beyond to help someone struggling to manage their hair - they not only stayed really late over two separate appointments to de-matt her hair but spent their own time and money between appointments on planning the best way to ensure the hair was looked after as much as possible. We were certain we would have to have her hair cut off, but they put so much time into making sure that didn’t have to happen. They are without a doubt the loveliest and kindest people we could have asked for - there never felt like any judgement and they genuinely wanted to help. They’ve made the entire experience so much easier than it could have been and we are so appreciative of them! Thank you! ♥️
