To be honest the last few experiences I’ve had at previous salons were such a disappointment, I left unhappy because my hair was not done the way I wanted at all! My experience at glam salon was absolutely wonderful ! Dawn Campbell was my stylist and she made me feel welcomed and at home, she asked me my expectations and she completely delivered! She will definitely be my new stylist and I recommend if you are looking for a complete transformation you should definitely ask for Dawn! She also has 40 years as a stylist so she knows her way around some hair! 😊 thanks Dawn I’ll see you in 12 weeks

Dawn is amazing! I have curly hair which not everyone can cut because an inch ends up looking like 5. Dawn, however, does great. I also color my hair and every time I leave the salon my co-workers and strangers compliment the color/highlights of my hair. She has done everything from all over color to highlights for me and it looks great every time. If you are looking for a a caring and professional stylist Dawn Campbell is the one!

I love this place(if I could give it more stars I would). I got a japanese permanent straightening treatment and I could not be more happy with the way my hair turned out. Jessica is very knowledgeable and she is a gem to be around. She has a client for life.

After a terrible experience trying to set up an appointment with a different salon, my mom highly recommended Jessica and Glam Salon to me. Jessica got back to me and scheduled me right away(like, the same Friday kind of fast), and was incredibly kind. I tend to be really quiet and anxious with new people, and also do a notoriously bad job at explaining what I want or what I'm looking for in a haircut and color. Thankfully, she was incredibly pleasant and was able to take lead of conversation during my appointment, which I appreciated very much. When I clumsily tried to determine what color I'd like, she was calm and super knowledgeable and helped me figure out a perfect mix of what color I wanted and what would look best, since I don't have a lot of time or money to consistently maintain my hair. With the haircut, I was worried I was being too difficult, as I had a Pinterest board of ideas of things I wanted to try, and a style she was not familiar with(hime-cut), but she listened to them all and helped bring them to life as best as she could. But with my aforementioned bad explaining skill, my hair looked great--and she really did do a wonderful job, especially with the color-- but the length was a little shorter than I imagined it would be, and I was a bit upset at myself for not explaining better. Jessica helped calm me down and we styled it in a cute way, so I felt a little bit better. Jessica was completely empathetic and sweet, and said that since I wasn't completely satisfied with the way the cut turned out, she would only charge me for the color, and promosed that we'll figure out the best thing to do for my cut next time. While I left happier and a little self-conscious with my new haircut, I still had a wonderful experience and received loads of compliments from my partner, friends, and family. Thank you Jessica, for dealing with me. I can't wait to come back again!
