Glo Sun and Shade is more than just a tanning salon; it's a relaxing escape / place where I feel pampered. I always leave feeling refreshed and confident! From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly smile and a clean, inviting space. The staff, especially are always so knowledgeable, helpful, welcoming and make every visit a pleasure. I highly recommend Glo Sun and Shade to anyone looking for a fantastic tanning experience / a place to achieve their perfect glow. You won't be disappointed!

I left Glo for 2 reasons. Don’t get me wrong, the ladies & atmosphere are very lovely. However, for reason #1… It’s cold in there. At least in the level 1 beds. I go tanning to obviously tan my skin but also for a relaxing 20 min nap in the warmth. Their Level 1 beds do not get warm & I am freezing the entire time… naked. I cant stand it anymore. Reason #2… pricing. For just tanning, It’s quite pricey when you can get a gym membership & free tanning for significantly less at your local gym.

I really enjoyed the couple times I visited Glo Sun and Shades mainly because of these 3 facts: Able to walk in and the prices were very reasonable; the facility and equipment is clean and top-of-the-line and most importantly, the Customer Service Representatives were welcoming and friendly and genuinely acted like they were happy you were visiting their establishment! I'm 66 and I know tanning salons are terrible for aging one's skin and causing skin cancer, but I have been plaqued with SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) and living in the Midwest it gets bad fast! Enjoying a couple sessions of tanning now and then, not only gives me a nice, healthy color but raises my mood about 10 notches. It is so worth it, believe me!
