Went for a gel manicure and pedicure with regular polish and I loved it! Alina was my nail technician and she was amazing. Super precise and did a wonderful job with my nails! So if you book ask for Alina, she’s the best!

Today was my first glosslab experience and I will say I was a bit skeptical because of some of the reviews on here but I will say I’m glad I decided to try it for myself. While I did come across some unnecessary( in my opinion) operating issues overall the experience was great. What I wish was different/easier is communicating with someone directly. There is no direct number to any location. What I did get was a text which led me to text with an associate from my desired location. Connecting wasn’t as quick as I thought but also wasn’t too bad. Scheduling my same day appointment was quick and easy. The reason I couldn’t use the online booking tool was because I was redeeming a gift card and that was not an option online. I arrived a few min before my time, I was quickly greeted by the receptionist which happened to be who I was communicating with via text. She was very friendly and quickly directed me to the color wall and I was quickly seated for my gel mani/pedi service. The two techs that I was paired with (Rosa and Rocibel) were both very friendly and kept checking in on what I wanted regarding shape, cutting/filing, cuticle care etc… they both took their time and did a great job. I was so pleased at check out I decided to become a member. The membership was clearly explained and it was definitely a bargain since I can now go in as frequently as needed for the month. Truly A different experience I was looking for as of . Now I don’t know what the longevity of the polish but with the unlimited membership if it Chips or I want a color change I can always pop in.
