Great customer service! My nail tech was attentive and made great selections when I described what I want. She was patient and polite. She never rushed me to make up my mind. As she was doing my nails, the tech made sure to let me see my nails each step as she went along. The establishment is clean and very spacious. Judgement free zone. Tech also stated, she has five young ladies that work weekends mostly and they are keeping up with trends. Beautiful nails here ladies, price is fair and affordable. I am very pleased with my visit and I will be returning.

Kayla is so good! She does the best designs and is so friendly and nice. I accidentally went to the wrong Glossy Nails. But it worked out so well. I will be back.

This isnmy second review and I have been here now 3 times. I came with my roommate chloe the first time and we were both happy. I bonded with my person there. I call her by her Vietnamese name, though she uses Ivy at the shop to make it easier for locals to remember and pronounce. I do so enjoy speaking with her and she is most excellent at what she does. The shop is clean and welcoming with a friendly staff for sure. I recommend this location for all of your day spa needs!

I highly recommend this business. “I was completely impressed with their professionalism and customer service.” My daughter nails look exactly like she wanted for her senior heads. I forgot about her face. They were able to wax her eyebrows and above her lip!!! Amazing!!!! We will be back thanks!!!
