I signed up for an initial facial to see if I would like the 30-minute service, the staff, and products and I am doing this review three days after my service. I wish I would have taken a photo of my face before and after but I definitely left with a glow. Arrival: the person at the front desk was welcoming and walked me through the check in and facial procedures. There is a wash bar to wash your face when you get in and towels to pay your face. The wash was a little drying but I may have used 5pk much soap. Wait time: my only issue was the wait time. My appointment was for 1:20, I arrived at 1:10, the technician called for me at 1:30. When I arrived the staff were all arriving back from lunch. I think they forgot about me on the waiting couch. Front desk person went back to remind them. The person apologized and gave me the full 30 minutes. I will make another appointment to see if this happens again. Facial: the technician was kind, communicated clearly as asked me about my skin concerns. She explained each step. I less concerned about r time but left with a clean, gloomy face. I’ll be back to try servies again before booking a subscription.

Had my first treatment at Glowbar yesterday and loved it! Everyone was kind and welcoming. The aesthetician was knowledgeable, walked me through everything she was doing, and made great recommendations for products by ingredient rather than brand, which I appreciated. My skin looks and feels great - I definitely have that glow! Planning to join as a member at my next visit to make facials a regular part of my self care routine!

It was my first experience at Glowbar and I had Jada as my aesthetician. She was not only knowledgeable, but she was also kind and easy to talk to. She answered my questions with ultimate professionalism and was honest. She told me her plan and steps for the treatment and even gave me options for my treatment! I’ve had many facials before and this one felt targeted, professional, and honest. Incredible job!

Visited this location with my brother, and it was an amazing experience. From start to finish, the whole place is a vibe! From when you enter, the front desk host, the music and space is so chic-for those who really care about aesthetics. My esthetician Michelle was welcoming, knowledgeable and just really kind. My skin looks like I drink my water, and my mind my biznezz! Can’t wait to go back!
