I have had gel manicures here 4 times now (3 times with Daisy and once with Hannah). Firstly this place is so friendly and calm it’s a truly relaxing environment. Secondly every manicure I have had has been amazing! I have been so happy with the results and it’s so nice to be in an environment where you can ask lots about the treatments and get such well informed answers. Truly brilliant and an experience I look forward to every few weeks! Thank you!!

If I could give 10 stars I would, amazing staff, very friendly and chatty, was welcomed with smiles, which is so lovely. My sister had her eyebrows & lashes done by two lovely ladies Hannah & Anneisha, really friendly & welcoming place. My sister walked out of there with so much confidence, wonderful job. I’ve had my BIAB nails and eyelashes done by Daisy and I have absolutely loved the result of both! Glowbar is such a wonderful calming oasis to enter and pamper yourself. Complimentary coffee and kind, talented people= 10/10

So this place is expensive. But I always go there for 2 important reasons. The experience matters to me. And Glowbar feels good. The ambience is beautiful and Monika is brilliant. She is inlligent, sensitive and meticulous in the care she gives. So while a part of me thinks there are cheaper alternatives, I have to say every time I walk out of the Glowbar, my thought is that was money well spent.

Glowbar is just an aesthetic beautiful dream of a place to go in the centre of Oxford and Lucy is the only person I trust with microblading my eyebrows. And she never, ever disappoints. I wouldn't have ever thought I'd describe getting microblading as relaxing, but it really was and I barely feel a thing. Lucy's work is always so impeccable, down to colour matching and really understanding what you want + what works for you. I couldn't recommend her enough!
