This was my old spot from 15 years ago and I started coming back in the last year since I recently moved back. This place is so underrated. I love this salon. I love that they are always so kind and welcoming. The recent remodeling is so appreciated. You can tell the owner invested a lot into her business! The massage chairs are clean! The leather feels expensive. Just makes the experience pleasant while you’re getting a pedicure. I’ve been to many salons that have old tattered massage chairs😬 so I appreciate this! Prices are very fare and reasonable! Also very appreciated! Okay now onto service. I’ve dropped in for a gel pedicure too many times to count and every employee has been polite, gentle, and patient. One day the owner did my pedicure, and I was so pleased with her kind and gentle spirit. She shared some of her standards for her business based around cleanliness and customer service, and I instantly had a newfound respect for the establishment. For example, she discourages her employees to talk in Vietnamese among each other. She said some customers might feel uncomfortable and might think you’re talking about them. Don’t do that. Like WOW, so true right?😅 Anyway, I love this business, and now, the owner. Such a strong and humble and kind business woman! They will continue to get my business!!💛💙🙌🏽
