I was hesitant to go here based on the reviews but it’s a 2 minute walk from my house so i decided to pop in one day and I’m glad i did! Clean salon, friendly atmosphere, reasonable prices. If you’re like me, sitting in a nail salon feels like a chore. Every pedicure I get here is done quickly and, to my standards, flawlessly. The day I stopped in for the first time, I decided to get a set of acrylics on a whim for the first time in years and I was sat down with who I now know is Ivy. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she proceeded to give me the most flawless and expertly applied set of acrylics I had ever received. I’ve had acrylic nails many times in my life but have had maybe one or two refills. I love the look but they can be so uncomfortable to wear. Once a nail lifts by the cuticle and my hair gets stuck in it, I go crazy and spend the next few days putting my nails through hell trying to pry them off. For 3 weeks of working with my hands, swimming and golfing, my nails had not lifted at all, they still looked and felt flawless. Needless to say, i have been back to see Ivy for refills many times. 😊 I’m pushing five weeks with my current set because I haven’t been able to get in and see her and still..no lifting, 5 weeks!! i seriously don’t know how she does it.
