I have been visiting Goldplaited for over one year now on a very regular basis. There is NO BETTER finishing salon in the city. They are fast (and I need fast due to work), professional and their stylists are all experienced and friendly. They also sell clothing and accessories and I’ve scored some great pieces!

I got the party package which included an updo, full makeup and lashes for a Christmas party with my friends. It took about 1.5 hours for the whole deal. I LOVED my look and was sad when it was time to wash my face and take down my hair! Estrella did an amazing job with my updo and Andrea killed it with the makeup. I am pretty particular about how I like my foundation and contour and she was ON POINT! Importantly I have long hair and the way Estrella did the updo, my head and neck didn’t hurt from having it all piled on top of my head for hours. Can’t recommend GoldPlaited enough for your styling needs!

I recently went to goldplaited for the first time to get my hair done for a friend's wedding. I loved my look and everyone was so nice! I was then really excited to see that they offer educational "how to" sessions for giving yourself a blowout or using hot tools! For YEARS I've wanted to learn how to style my hair myself and had always failed at my attempts to learn from YouTube etc. I came in for the one hour hot tools educational session and it was amazing!! My stylist was so nice and patient. She was a great teacher and expertly guided me as I did my own hair and gained confidence throughout the session. This is not something other salons offer and I had a 12/10 experience! So excited to be able to confidently style my own hair when I want to do it at home, and will definitely be back for more services.

I absolutely love Goldplaited in Lakeview! I come here before every special event—holiday parties, galas, you name it—and they never disappoint. I’m honestly the worst at explaining how I want my makeup, but somehow they always get it exactly right. My makeup lasts all night (even after lots of dancing!) and my hair always looks amazing. The team is so talented, professional, and makes the whole experience fun and stress-free. I can’t imagine getting ready for an event anywhere else!

I chose Goldplaited to do the hair and makeup for my wedding. Booking was extremely easy, and we started with the trial. I brought in a couple photos for inspo, and they did an amazing job. When the day-of came, I ended up deciding to go with a completely different makeup look and they absolutely did not disappoint. The makeup and hair lasted throughout the entire day. The only thing is that I wish I could replicate what they did!
