Jo made me feel welcome and valued. All staff were attentive and friendly, which made my experience a real pleasure. Jo also knew exactly what I wanted done with my hair and I felt transformed when I left…in a good way! I would highly recommend Golds to anyone wondering about whether or not to make an appointment and I have already made another in February :)

My consultation with Zara was excellent. She was very thorough in asking what I want as far as colour and style goes, and explained to me what I could realistically expect to achieve within my first appointment. Zara was very professional and knowledgeable, but was also very easy to talk to and made me feel very comfortable. I came away from my consultation feeling totally confident that I was in good hands and I’m really excited to finally get my hair brought back to life! Zara was able to book me in for the following week, which at this time of year (the run up to Christmas) I was not expecting to be possible. The stars have aligned perfectly and I can’t wait to see the new me!
