got my first tattoo done here recently, i was really nervous but my tattoo artist did a wonderful job helping me through the process. very happy with my healed result! i will say the confederate flags on the front of their printer in the lobby almost scared me off but with how nice the staff were i felt like i could brush it off! might be some kind of southern pride thing🤷🏽‍♀️

Mac Howley — 5/5 (via Google)

Love these guys, my man Paul has always taken great care of me, and their other artists have great styles. Highly recommend these guys for anything you need done!

Love everyone here so much! I have 4 of my tattoos from various people here and all of them were well priced, well done, and healed great, plus Jay, David, and Paul are all super sweet guys. Got my first piercing from Zakk yesterday and had an equally awesome experience. He walks you through the whole process and is very accommodating and kind. Everyone here knows their stuff and I cannot recommend Good Neighbor enough. Y'all keep rocking on 🤟

If you’re looking for a piercing I highly recommend Zakk! He’s super sweet and professional, answering all of my dumb questions without hesitation and patiently walking me through the proper after-care routine. He uses high quality jewelry and his workspace is very clean. I’m already planning another visit for my next piercing. Go see Good Neighbor for high quality body art done by super talented and kind folks. :-)

Professional, curtious, knowledgeable, clean, great energy, comforting.... Zach was amazing!!!!!!!!! It's been a while since I've had such a great experience with customer service in general! Don't go anywhere else in Birmingham. Left feeling like a part of the family. And I absolutely LOVED my piercing. Happy happy customer.
