On Thursday (2/26) evening, I booked a pedicure with gel for Friday (2/27) with Sam. The salon called to confirm the appointment stating they had her available at 10:30. When I arrived, the owner stated he couldn't see an appointment in their system. But, he said I was a repeat customer and would get me in. I mentioned I was in no hurry and had a seat at a pedi chair. Sam came over and asked to give her 30 minutes. No worries. Turned out she had another client come in when I did and our names were similar. The manager made me feel appreciated as did Sam for the touch base checks on me. Sam was done as she stated and I had a fan-tabulous pedicure. She's sweet, efficient and always smiling. Thank you, Grand Lux Salon on Justin Road, for making me smile the rest of Friday!

I love my girls who do my Manicure (Tran) and Pedicures (Annie and Victoria)! They always do an amazing job and sometimes I ask for some crazy designs for my manicure but both of these sweet ladies never let me down. My sweet ladies have become my family now. My mom has had Theresa and loved her and will be forever using her now on. My sister always asks for Sam and loves her.

I have a standing nail appointment every 4 weeks. My best friends daughter turned 16 and wanted to treat her to a pedicure and get her nails done, I called 3 different times adding and changing types of appointments. Y’all were so accommodating and treated us like royalties. I been getting my nails done here over a year and it’s because of the people!

I was greeted happily as I entered the salon. I was seated and attended to right away. The salon is always so clean and inviting. There is such a calm and relaxing atmosphere for everyone. They also took my appointment on short notice.
