Highly recommend you see Gina! I have haircut anxiety from a Duvall employee who ruined my hair. Their manager Alicia is wonderful and did fix it. I wasn’t able to get into see her so I too a chance and went into Lake Stevens Great Clips yesterday. Gina was wonderful, she listened to my concerns, communicated every step of my haircut. I just got a trim but some don’t understand the memo from my experience. I styled my hair today and Gina did an excellent job, providing me the exact service I asked for. I will definitely be back again to see her. Thank you Gina! 🩷🩷🩷
