I recently moved to Lake, Stevens, and I have found my salon! I’m impressed. Michelle has been there for almost 30 years and the location is so convenient for me. Alex cut my hair and I kept my eyes closed the whole time. I was so pleased with the results and my sister said “So pretty”. The haircut was exactly what I wanted and I will be back.

Samantha squeezed me into a 2 hour time slot last minute when someone else had cancelled and I got a beautiful cut and color! I have very thick black hair and she was able to lift it beautifully for a balayage and did an amazing job! Pricing was fair and I have absolutely no complaints. 5 stars doesn’t even do my experience justice. I had split dyed hair for two years and the grow out became too expensive to keep up with and eventually i ended up wearing hats to cover up my roots instead of just dying my hair again but i had finally had enough. I scheduled my appointment online with Cecile. She was so sweet, welcoming and did the most amazing job on my hair. She asked if i was sure about going back to all brown because my blonde side of my split dyed hair was almost white and that color is hard to achieve. I loved that she was willing to do something like that for me even though i was adamant about going back to brown. It really showed me that she cared about her work and how her clients feel. She got rid of my bleached side with a yellowish orange dye and then she used a semi permanent brown shampoo that completely covered the color i was looking to get rid of so that later on if i want to bleach my hair again, it’ll be easier to do! While i was waiting for the hair color to set in my hair, Michelle came over and put aroma therapy towels on me and i had to keep myself from falling asleep! Also my appointment was cheaper than i expected it to be! They clearly care about their clients here. It seriously shows. I will absolutely make this my go-to salon from now on. Thank you Cecile and Michelle for the amazing experience!

I walked into Salon Michelle and got the BEST haircut I've ever had in my 66 years. I loved it right off, have loved everything I can do with it, and have been so happy with the way it's growing out. I've had compliments as soon as friends see me (no surprise, it's a great cut!). The salon is peaceful, relaxing, comfortable and has a beautiful view. Everyone is so nice. Thank you so much, Alexandra, and I look foward to my next appointment. Also hope to try some of the other services.
