The two girls that was working checked us in and they sure didnt seem to happy to be there but they were very efficient and my beautician asked if I wanted my hair washed I said yes she checked to make sure the water temperature was to my liking. She of course asked what length I wanted my hair and if I wanted different a layer looked etc. She was quit friendly as we decided what I wanted which was just 3" cut off from the bottom and that was it.
