Abby did a great job. I usually do not pay much attention to haircuts since I tend to let mine grow long, so the differences are not always that noticeable to me. This one stood out. I was a walk-in but was met with a friendly smile by Abby. I had not checked in online, so she quickly did that for me. She finished up the customer she was working with and there was just 1 person before me. I had about a 20 minute wait which worked because I had the time. Abby did a great job cutting and trimming about 5 inches of damaged split end long hair that I was overdo to get taken care of. Abby also trimmed up my bangs being careful not to get them too short. She recommended a couple of products to help keep my hair healthy but wasn't pushy. I did purchase one of the products. My hair is so much more healthy and growing better, thanks to Abby! I recommend going to Great Clips in Allendale if you are not in a hurry.

I've been to this location multiple times over the last 3+ years. They keep a record of my previous cuts. On my last visit to this store a month ago, I told the stylist to ignore that, and she cut my hair exactly as I requested. Worst haircut I can remember, and it was totally my own dang fault. On this last visit, I happened to get the same stylist, and we returned to my OLD cut. I am again a happy camper!!! I really like the on-line check-in. I live right down the street, so thatnis a great convenience. Also, I get a senior discount.
