I had a great experience here! 😄 The first stylist was super sweet and did exactly what I asked for, but since I wasn’t sure how to explain what I wanted, the cut ended up looking more like a clean-up. When I went back in to tell her I think I wanted more done, she consulted with other team members and another stylist stepped in, added some layers, and it turned out perfect, exactly the look I didn’t know how to ask for. She told me how to request this style, and that was very helpful. I really appreciated how kind and accommodating everyone was, even though they were busy. They made sure I left happy, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Excellent customer service and great teamwork!🔥
