The haircut was honestly just not good. Customer service, everything else was good, but the haircut was just not what I asked for. *initiate 2 embarrassing weeks of school* Edit: my second haircut was way better. I guess if you want a short haircut with no fade for a round head, ask for an ivy league haircut with 5 on top and 2 on sides. Although the wait is long, getting personalized notes added to your name makes it worth it. 2nd edit: My most recent haircut was phenomenal. Calling them ahead of time significantly decreases wait times. Also, customer service is once again amazing.
