The shop manager Jassy and stylist Rosie made my day today! They helped fix a bad haircut from another shop. My hair was uneven, left stringy at the bottom, and it looked like a mushroom cut into the side of my hair. It was very noticeable. They immediately showed compassion for my situation, concern for me and my hair! Jassy fixed me up and both ladies were very kind to me! This was excellent customer service! They are true professionals and I appreciate their patience with my frustration. They are great! Thank you so much!
