Update (December 2025): > I’m happy to report that my last several visits have been much more pleasant, reflecting the 5-star quality I’ve come to expect here over the last three years. The atmosphere remains clean and comfortable, and the staff is generally very friendly. However, I am still occasionally encountering technical difficulties with the online check-in system. There are times when the system prevents a check-in even when the salon is well within operating hours, which can be frustrating. Review from August 2025: I recently had an experience that led me to temporarily lower my rating. When attempting to check in online 45 minutes before closing, the website blocked the request. Upon arriving in person 20 minutes before close, I was turned away by a stylist. When I inquired about the check-in window, she curtly claimed the cutoff was 15 minutes, despite the system failing me much earlier. Her dismissive attitude was a departure from the service I usually enjoy. Despite that hiccup, I still recommend this location for the efficiency of the online check-in (when it works) and the great value—especially when you can snag one of their $7.99 haircut coupons.
