Usually I have a nice experience here and my last visit last week was a top visit for me. The stylist was great in conversation and when I left I feel as my haircut seemed way above average. I do not remember her name but I know she mentioned she usually works in council bluffs great clips. Wish she worked at this location more often. She took her time and did a great job for me.

I'm coming from out of town for sales and completely forgot to get a haircut. Thank God I ran into Nikki at Great clips who not only did get Great job but had me laughing throughout. Next time I'm in Omaha I know exactly where to go. I'm not sure how Great clips does their yearly bonuses, but Nikki deserves a little something extra.

Online check in is really nice because we live close and can make decisions on whether to go without driving there and sticking our head in to ask what the wait is. Staff is friendly and talkative. They are patient with my kids which is a hard part of the job.
