Janice got to me right away, she asked me what I wanted and gave her expert opinion. Once she told me she had been cutting hair for 42 years I just let the artist do her work. I left absolutely satisfied and within 20 minutes. Janice, thank you again!

The staff at the Fox Run Waukesha location were very professional, compassionate and gracious. Today I took my special needs brother for a haircut and beard trim and inside he had a seizure as we were walking to the stylist chair. The staff immediately asked me if they needed to call for an ambulance and if I needed any help. Fortunately, no need for that. Seizures are common for my brother and we deal with them and it typically takes less than a minute for him to come out of them. The staff told me not to worry and take as much time as I needed with my brother. Sara ultimately was able to cut my brothers hair and was outstanding and very compassionate. We will be back to this location for sure!
