Coming to this location, I was assigned a newer stylist who unfortunately made an uneven cut in my hair. I only discovered this when I had come home and they had closed. I always hate to be that person to come in and complain about a service that didn’t meet my expectations. Carlos, the manager on duty, greeted me immediately and heard my concerns. He IMMEDIATELY apologized and sat me down in a chair. In and out within 5 minutes with perfectly even hair. He thanked me for coming in and apologized once more. Carlos truly knows how to listen to clients, solve issues in a timely manner, and makes you feel important. 10/10 management
