They're always great. I found a new stylist to ask for every time, Kelsey. She did an amazing job and made some great suggestions to my original hair cut, and made it so much better. Ask for her and get the best cut of your life

My husband and I have been going to the Great Clips location for many years. We always get the best service and an excellent cut. We think both Annie and Christina are professional, courteous, friendly, and skilled. There may be other cutters there who are also very good, but Annie and Christina are the two who are always working when we go. Would not consider a change. We really appreciate the coupons when they show up. Helps us (we are seniors) a great deal.

I’m very disappointed to be leaving this review. I’m going to start by saying that there is one stylist here who is EXCEPTIONAL. The last time I came, she cut my hair, and I left feeling amazing because I genuinely looked more handsome. She spent the time to really understand what I wanted and cut little by little until I liked my hair. But when I came today, I showed a different lady a photo of my haircut from the last time. She cut it WAY too short, and it doesn’t look anything alike. I was very careful to explain what I wanted even showing a supporting photo, but she started cutting quickly and carelessly. Then she had the nerve to try to sell me product because my hair “is so thin” (her words). I told her no because I had already bought product there, and she kept trying. After my haircut, she just left it wet and didn’t put any effort into styling it. I’m leaving feeling uglier than I came and extremely disappointed. I will be coming back for my haircut in the future, but I won’t let ANYONE cut my hair except the first lady I mentioned. UPDATE: Originally I had given 3 stars, but the way the team at this location handled my situation more than made up for it. Once again, I’m now leaving with a haircut I love. Thank you Christina and team.

Want a haircut that is affordable and still makes you look fresh? If the answer is “yes,” I recommend you schedule a cut at Great Clips @ Garland, located on Shiloh Road just north of Arapaho Road in Garland. The salon is very clean and cozy, and the stylists are both friendly and professional. I have been a customer here for almost five (5) years now. Walk-ins are always welcome, but I always check-in online through the Great Clips app and wait to be waited upon by my favorite stylist, Flor Ramirez, who never disappoints. Five stars for sure (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and two thumbs up (👍🏽🤩👍🏽)!!!
