I was super happy with my experience! My stylist knew exactly what I was looking for and supplied a lot of great hair care knowledge throughout my cut. I left feeling cute even without it styled and have been so in love with it since getting to style it exactly how I like at home.

I will not be adding a video lol, but that's part of the reason I went to this store! A friend of a friend, who does hair offered to do mine and IT WENT horribly! Most of my hair broke off, the color didn't take in ANY workable way! And so I came in on a prayer, that there was a hairdresser who could salvage what was left! Inside, I was SOOOO self conscious about what happened but told myself I'm going to stay positive. The lady who tried to make something out of a horrible situation was BEYOND positive and professional, every time I thought I felt tears coming up she would keep it light and move my thoughts away from that place. The other 2 Lady's that were there helped keep the environment and the mood upbeat. For one of my WORST and highly embarrassing moments, I felt reassured, not in any way made fun of, and when I thought I'm just going to have to wait this out while my hair grows back, the stylist did the best she could with what I came in with! Can't say thank you enough! I absolutely recommend them! Thank you to all 3 that were there that day, as you were wonderful people!!!

Today I took my friends mother, who is 83 years old to get her hair cut. In the past she has gotten her hair cut at this Great Clips before. I asked her why she gets her hair done at this place. She says it's the closest hair 💇♀️ cutting place around here. Her home is near 6th Ave and Moline in Aurora. The wait time there was about 24mins and the hair cut took about the same time. When she was done she seemed satisfied 😌 with her hair cut. I told her it looked okay and that at least it was no longer in her eyes.This store was quite busy and while we were there she saw her neighbor down the street in there getting his hair cut too. There were only two stylists working there, they had several different haircare items on the shelves along with plenty of magazines, hair cutting books you could look at to see how you wanted your hair cut. The establishment played 🎶 music overhead that seemed to be decent to listen too. While we were there I used the restroom. It was clean and had toilet paper and soap 🧼 to wash your ✋️ hands. In my opinion it was a good place to get your hair cut that is if you like this sort of environment to do so. I honestly prefer a salon but that's just me. I thought it was appropriately priced for a hair cut, a mere $26 dollars now that ain't bad at all if you like the way they cut hair.
