The staff is very friendly, we have 2 Great Clips in Monroe, and I prefer the Monroe Shopping Plaza as the one in Frenchtown Plaza always seem to be understaffed.

Brianna brockman is the best stylist around!!! She is very friendly and really knows what she's doing. She always makes my kids feel so comfortable while they're in her chair. We have never left disappointed.
